Cancellation and Refund Policies
All parts and configurations are intended for track use only. There are no warranties with product or service. All labor is non-refundable. 1/2 down payment at time of order is non-refundable if you are purchasing an engine or any items that include labor. There is a 45% shipped restocking fee and a 40% cancellation fee prior to shipment.
There is no cancellation allowed on most of our product due to the modification and customization on each item which includes labor.
If you are in question about timeline or have a deadline you need product by then you must contact DCR by email prior to ordering.
